As many of you are learning from either your preferred escrow or your broker, California is changing the way vendor payments, including transaction coordinator fees, are handled at closing and many escrow companies and brokerages are moving towards a single broker commission check. If you haven't read the June 30, 2025 DRE/DFPI advisory that these changes are stemming from, let me know and I am happy to forward to you in a separate email. What does this mean to you? 

If your escrow company can no longer send our TC payment directly from closing, DO NOT FRET!  For any transactions that close where escrow is not sending your TC payment for you, we will send you an easy online payment link so that you may pay directly. Prefer the old-fashioned way? Snail mail is still an option.
